Customer Reviews about McLeod Cardiology Associates - Myrtle Beach
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Every single staff member was absolutely excellent. At 36, with a high risk of cancer, I was terrified to have a colonoscopy and these medical professionals set me right at ease making me more comfortable than I thought was possible. I wish I could remember each person's name that took care of me so I could thank them one by one, but maybe they'll read this and know who I mean. Doctor Yukov was very comforting and the anesthesiologist needs to teach a class on anesthesiology. It was all very comfortable and I can't say enough good things about the entire experience. Best of all....I'm cancer free!!!! Thank all of you for your above and beyond professionalism. I wish you could all go to different doctors offices and the emergency room and teach them what patient care is all about. Thank you thank you thank you!!March 19, 2017by Tennille Shelley
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have seen Dr Cornell off and on since Nov. 2001. He is a great gastroenterologist. In 2008, I'd been hospitalized with a number of serious health problems and due to was unable to keep food down due to N/V. It was serious enough that I lost over 100lbs in 5 months (most of it needed but I'd not recommend it as a good way to lose weight). The decision was made to insert a J-tube (a type of feeding tube) in order to bypass my stomach and allow it to heal. Dr Cornnell did my pre-op endoscopy. Unfortunately, the tube came out less than a month later. The decision was made to insert a PEG tube next since it could be done under the less risky "twilight" anesthesia rather than under general anesthetic. Dr Wilson was very clear on what to expect, he was kind, took the time to ensure I understood everything, even when I asked the same question a few times (I was having a lot of weird memory problems and have NO memory of at least 4 months). Everything went well, I healed reasonably quickly and that tube was exactly what was needed. Within 2 or 3 months, my stomach had healed quite a bit and I was able to eat again finally! 9 months later, Dr Cornnell removed the tube during an office visit.February 27, 2017by Waynette Porter
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They treat me like a person and are so caring. They inform me of exactly what I am going through and why and what we can do. I truely feel so much better when I leave here. This is a facility full of caring people, esp. my team at Dr. Andrew Pearson office. This is the team that works with me.January 12, 2017by A Google User
