  I have been here twice for my self and and once brought my 89 year old father in, Do not expect Urgent service. Urgent is not a word that should be used in the name of the place. The wait time at its shortest was an hour and a half and there were never more than 2 people in the waiting room. If you do not have an apportionment with the doctor you wait until there is a gap in the schedule and at that point they take who ever is in the waiting room in order of arrival which is of course expected. So if you have an immediate , pressing need forget it On the up side! When I did and my father did get service it was good. the doctors were skilled, pleasant and caring. It is really a doctors office with the word Urgent on the building.

  I own a business where customer service is valued. At this office, the secretary Erin Taylor, obviously has no skill with how to handle even normal questions or concerns regarding normal pricing and insurance pricing. Nothing was explained about each price and that I was paying a discounted rate for paying in full even though it says in their agreements prior to being seen that that is in fact something that happens. Why I was treated the way I was when asking about prices is beyond me and no apology was given. This is probably some of the worst customer service I have had since I have lived here in Myrtle Beach for the last 3 years. That secretary, Ms. Taylor, should be fired or at the very least moved out of the way of a business that needs a good reputation because it is supposed to be here to be a HELP to the community. Not added stress and headaches while I am told "I can go somewhere else if I would like!"? Really, As if she owns the shop and pays the bills for that building? Hopefully the owner is as concerned about the poor quality of customer service and takes some steps to remedy this issue so others feel more comfortable when they feel the worst. Some dr's office.....
