- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Went to Dr. Rosner in a near emergency situation with severe and uncontrollable nosebleeds. The ER in North Myrtle Beach referred me to Coastal Carolina Otolaryngology and I was lucky enough to find Dr. Rosner seeing patients that day. This man is a doctor among doctors. I cannot express how impressed I was with his knowledge and expertise. With a bit of in-office "surgery" and a lot of tolerance on his part (I am a big baby) he eliminated an 8 month nightmare without pain like an artist. Myrtle Beach is SO lucky to have doctors like Rosner in our midst! If you need an ear, nose and throat specialist, I can't recommend this wonderful man enough. He is the top of the line anywhere.
