- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unprofessional receptionists. I went there a week ago to get my ribs checked out as a walk in. I asked if they could take me that day as a new patient and they said yes. I sat there for at least thirty minutes. They asked if I preferred a female doctor and I said yes, they sent me over to the family physician next door. I told them I was pregnant and I was experiencing difficulty breathing due to extreme rib discomfort. They in turn sent me back next door, and the receptionist wouldn't let me see a doctor. She told me to call and make an appointment. I went home made an appointment for today. I made sure to tell them I am pregnant. The person that scheduled the appointment said that wasn't an issue. I went in today, once again to be sent to the family physician. I sat in the waiting room very patiently. They called me over for my insurance and my i.d. Then they told me they couldn't see me because they can't treat me because they aren't an OB-GYN.....Two wasted trips all for them to just tell me they couldn't see me both times.
