- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Was seen in 2014. Apparently I was mailed ONE statement a few weeks later in 2014. Just found out yesterday via Credit Karma that I was sent to collections a few months ago (almost 3 years later). I called asking for a billing or office manager and she said they don't have one. She eventually backed down and said that she was in a meeting and she would call me back. My husband called them five minutes later and the manager had "left for the day". No one can seem to give me an answer on why I was only given one bill for this. Horrible customer service. Clearly dishonest. Try to avoid them if possible.May 13, 2017by Kristyn Valentino
